Training Courses
New for 2007, is the
introduction of a set of CI training
courses.
"It is vital that compaines make the most of
their CI intiative and this can only be
achieved by training in key CI skills" said
Kevan Williams.
AIM is therefore delighted to be able to
offer three different courses that will turn
the beginner or intermediate in the field
into a true CI guru. The courses are:
CI Practitioner This course has been
designed for business professionals who are
either new to the area or who have had some
experience already. It covers all aspects of
the CI cycle, paying particular atttention
to the gathering and dissemination of
information.
CI Consultant. This course is for those who
wish to increase their CI consulting skills
so that they can influence top managers and
bring about the changes required to make
their company truly competitive.
CI Facilitator. This course shows you how to
faciliate CI workshops for your company and
with your strategic partners. It also shows
you how to introduce CI into your company
and how to become a the company CI guru.
All courses are highly intensive and are
2-days long. The current timetable is given
