AIM release a new application to improve team work-flow when collecting data.  The introduction of Forms means that no longer are remote or non database users reliant on telephoning or e-mailing the latest information on the competition - they simply access forms via the web, complete only the information they have to and send for verification and import - it's really elegantly simple! 

Forms was developed in response to the question "how do sales people/field staff/non C I staff get information into the database?"  We thought there must be an easier way than sending e-mail or making telephone calls (often international across time zones).  What we developed includes:

• clear audit trail
• source recording
• web based
• ability to verify information or rumours and import data at a later date
• develop different forms for different groups...or develop a form for specific Key Intelligence Questions or Topics
• easily add, delete or edit forms as required
• works with existing or new Strategy! databases
