The New Year has already brought some new
changes to AIM, including the introduction
of a fresh face.
We'd like to welcome our new Commercial
Director, Dr. Richard Fallon, to the
company.
Richard brings with him with a wealth of
business consultancy and training
experience. During his career, he has
worked with a range of blue chip companies
including British Airways and npower.
While at BA, Richard worked with a number of
external companies to bring the latest in
revenue management and crew software into
the business. He has therefore had
first-hand experience of building solid
business cases for new software, influencing
senior decision makers and managing proof of
concepts.
Richard is also a qualified facilitator and
an experienced trainer.
"I think we are on the edge of a CI
explosion, with Germany having already
stolen a lead on the rest of Europe.
Businesses have to be more competitor aware
than ever, especially with more and more
people and businesses buying on-line." said
Dr. Fallon.
